Pay Rates for ACR Employees
Initial Training (~60 hours of online training, hands-on classes and in-home training) $9.50/hour
For all base rates listed above in the box:
(Excluding Arthur’s Residential Care and At Home)
After 1 year, base pay rate is increased by $0.25/hour
After 2 years, base pay rate is increased an additional $0.50/hour ($0.75 total over base)
After 3 years, base pay rate is increased an additional $0.25/hour ($1.00 total over base)
Asleep night shifts pay $9.50/hour.
The Residential Supervisor (including live-in and interim live-in or live-out) position is a salaried position of $33,000+/ year plus a $10,000 bonus after completion of the 26-month commitment. The value of the salary, benefits, and apartment space typically brings the total compensation package to $45,000 to $60,000 per year. It includes a generous 401K retirement plan, your choice of either a Roth IRA or 529 college savings plan, and rent-free 1-3 bedreem living space, typically with a walk-out on the lower level of a ramble style home, and with most utilities paid by ACR.
The RN position is a salaried position of $57,500+/year plus on-call bonuses. Benefits are available to full-time employees (at least 38 hours/week).
The LPN position pays $20.62-$24.75/hour. Benefits are available to full-time employees (at least 38 hours/week).
Maintenance staff are paid $10-$15/hour or more, based on experience. Benefits are available to full-time employees (at least 38 hours/week).
Direct Care Professional:
Now offering signing bonuses of $500-$1,250 for various positions including full-time and part-time awake night staff!
Andover/Coon Rapids Homes:
Now offering a $1,000-$2,000 bonus for new part-time or full-time employees at our Andover and Coon Rapids homes.
Now offering quarterly bonuses for full-time:
- September through November — $5,000 bonus
- December through February — $2,000 bonus
- March through May — $3,000 bonus
- June through August — no bonus
