Rates of Pay

  • The Program Counselor position, during weekdays, pays $10.80 an hour, and $11.84 if working an awake night. During weekends, you would make $12.61 for day and evening shifts, and $14.41 for awake nights. Benefits are available to Full Time employees (at least 38 hours per week).
  • The Jr. Program Counselor position, for staff aged 16-17 years old, pays $9.80 an hour during weekdays and $11.61 on weekends. No experience is needed.
  • The Emergency Float position, during weekdays, pays $13.10 an hour, and $15.16 if working an awake night. During weekends, you would make $14.91 for day and evening shifts, and $17.22 for awake nights. No experience is needed. Benefits are available to Full Time employees (at least 38 hours per week).
  • Long-Term Floats earn $11.82 for M-F day shifts and M-Th evenings, $12.86 for Sun-Th Awake shifts, $14.91 for Fri-Sun days and evenings, and $16.70 for Fri and Sat Awake shifts. No experience is needed
  • Weekend Floats earn $14.91 an hour for shifts during waking hours, and $17.22 for awake night shifts. Weekend Floats must be available from Friday to Sunday, work 7 out of 8 weekends, and be willing to do double shifts. No experience is needed. Benefits are available to Full Time employees (at least 38 hours per week).
  • The Live-in Residential Supervisor position is a salaried position of $30,000 per year plus a $10,000 bonus after completion of the 2-year commitment. The value of the salary, benefits, and apartment space typically brings the total compensation package to $45 – 60,000 per year. It includes health care coverage for you and up to three dependents; a generous 401K retirement plan; your choice of either a Roth IRA or 529 college saving plan; and rent-free 1-3 bedroom living space, typically a walk-out on the lower level of a rambler style home with most utilities paid by ACR. No experience is needed.
  • RN’s are paid $50,000 per year plus on-call bonuses. Benefits are available to Full Time employees (at least 38 hours per week).
  • LPN’s are paid $20.56-31.49/hr. Benefits are available to Full Time employees (at least 38 hours per week).
  • Maintenance staff are paid $10-15/hr or more based on experience.
